Our Mission

At Blume Forward Foundation, we believe care goes deeper than the surface.

Every day, we witness the power of aesthetic and wellness treatments—not just in how someone looks, but in how they feel. Confidence restored. Shoulders softened. A sense of self returned. And yet, for so many individuals, that kind of care feels out of reach.

We created Blume Forward to change that.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel at home in their body—especially those who have experienced trauma. We serve individuals impacted by trafficking, cancer, domestic violence, and recovery, offering thoughtful, restorative care designed to support both physical healing and emotional renewal.

This is not about vanity.
This is about dignity.
This is about reclaiming a sense of self.

Through intentional treatments, compassionate providers, and a space that feels safe, warm, and truly seen—we aim to give back something that can’t be measured in a mirror alone.

Because when someone begins to feel like themselves again, everything changes.

Blume Forward Foundation was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel confident, cared for, and seen regardless of the challenges they have faced.

Throughout my years in healthcare and aesthetics, I have witnessed something powerful. While healing often begins on the inside, restoring confidence on the outside can play a meaningful role in helping someone move forward. For individuals affected by cancer, trauma, domestic violence, human trafficking, addiction recovery, and other life-altering circumstances, that restoration can be transformative.

Blume Forward Foundation exists to bridge the gap between survival and healing. Through restorative aesthetic and wellness services, community support, and compassionate care, our goal is to help individuals reclaim confidence, dignity, and hope.

This mission is deeply personal to me. Every person who walks through our doors has a story, and every story deserves to be met with compassion, respect, and opportunity. We believe that confidence is not vanity - it is empowerment. It is the ability to look in the mirror and recognize your strength, resilience, and worth.

Rebekah Raysor

FOUNDER/PRESIDENT

With nearly 20 years in the medical field, Bekah founded Blume House to help bridge the gap between beauty, wellness, and preventative care. Her mission? To reimagine healthcare by creating a luxurious, welcoming space where aesthetic medicine and holistic wellness come together.
Bekah is deeply passionate about empowering individuals—from boosting self-confidence with expert treatments to promoting long-term health and longevity. Her vision is to transform healthcare into a more human-centered experience, rooted in meaningful relationships and whole-person care.
Emily Allen

VICE PRESIDENT

Emily is a social media manager, event coordinator, and a proud single mother of two daughters. Her journey is shaped by both profound loss and resilience. After losing her first daughter to leukemia at just two years old, Emily later faced her own health battles as a brain tumor survivor and someone living with trauma-induced alopecia.
These experiences have given her a deep understanding of how trauma can change not only your life, but how you see yourself. When the reflection in the mirror no longer feels familiar, healing becomes more than physical—it becomes a journey back to yourself.
Blume Forward Foundation was created from that understanding. Emily is passionate about helping others restore their confidence, their identity, and their sense of self—because everyone deserves to feel like themselves again.

Abby Frederick

SECRETARY

I’m passionate about supporting women’s health, human services, and nonprofit organizations that strengthen communities. My involvement has included board service, fundraising initiatives, and community-based programs focused on access, wellness, and connection. I’m especially drawn to work that empowers others and creates meaningful, lasting impact. As secretary, I’m committed to thoughtful stewardship to help support and sustain the organization’s mission.
Sue George

BOARD MEMBER
Sue George, a resident of Lititz since 2018, has enjoyed a distinguished career spanning more than 40 years in dental hygiene. Now, she channels her expertise into home staging, interior design, and promoting the town of Lititz.
Deeply committed to her community, Sue serves as a Lancaster County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children. She is the incoming President of Lititz AMBUCS (American Business Clubs) and an active member of the Lititz Women’s Club and the Lititz VFW. Further, she works alongside her husband, John, the newly elected Mayor of Lititz, to champion the town’s success.
Driven by a deep desire to support women and children, Sue is proud to serve on the Blume Foundation Board. Above all, she finds her greatest joy in her family, traveling, and celebrating life with her six daughters and three grandchildren.
Elena Roth

BOARD MEMBER
Elena Roth (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with both a master's and undergraduate degree in social work. She was honored with High Honors from the Phi Alpha Honor Society for her outstanding academic achievements in the field. With over 16 years of experience in the human services sector, Elena has had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults, guiding them through significant life transitions, trauma, and emotional challenges. She is certified in Sexual Abuse Trauma by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and is also recognized by the National Center for Crisis Management. Elena’s expertise spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, including trauma, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, parent-child conflict, and defining and setting healthy boundaries.

Elena is a trained EMDR therapist, and she deeply values the transformative power of EMDR in helping individuals heal from past traumas. She has witnessed firsthand the profound impact this therapy can have on those struggling with trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain. She believes in the power of therapy to heal, transform, and empower, and uses a combination of evidence-based approaches to help her clients achieve emotional well-being and peace.

Raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Elena has a unique appreciation for diversity, having been immersed in a multicultural environment from a young age. She is bi-racial and cross-cultural, which has enriched her ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. Elena's personal experiences have shaped her therapeutic approach, making her highly attuned to the needs of people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. This cultural sensitivity allows her to provide effective therapy that resonates with clients from all backgrounds.

In 2024, Elena was honored as a Woman of Achievement by the YWCA of Lancaster, a prestigious recognition that highlights her commitment to empowering individuals and her contributions to the community. This award reflects her dedication to fostering inclusivity, emotional wellness, and resilience in those she serves.

Elena believes that counseling is a brave first step toward healing. She is passionate about guiding her clients through their struggles, helping them rediscover their strength, and supporting them as they work towards living a life filled with intention and peace.
